About the Chef

With over 20 years of experience, Chef Ed has had a passion for providing fantastic seasonal produce from an early age.

 

Starting out working as a pot wash in the local pub, Ed went on to hone his craft in Michelin Restaurants before owning and running Yorkshire's Pub of the Year. 

 

Ed has catered for events from intimate dinners to Weddings and Christenings, bringing his drive for quality to every dish.
