With over 20+ years of experience, Chef Ed has had a passion for providing fantastic seasonal produce from an early age. Having worked in kitchens throughout his career from the early years as Pot Wash in his local pub to growing to working in Michelin Restaurants to most recently running and owning Yorkshire's Pub of the Year. He has catered for various events from Weddings to Christenings with his drive for proving the best quality food at the forefront.
